HTML Gadget
Should the HTML (http://wave-ide.appspot.com/html.xml) gadget be mentioned here? I don't know if it has an installer, but I've found myself using it more often than iframes. This might just be because I'm a map dork, but I've found that many apps that provide embeddable code do so as iframes (I encountered this with Sketchup's 3D Warehouse), and packing an iframe into an iframe throws up a big 404. I also used it to embed a Google Docs document (a task you'd think would be a little easier), although maybe I could've used iframe for the job (I don't know - I'd have to check). Maybe a comparison of the two, discussing strengths/weaknesses and when one should be used instead of the other.
Just a thought. --Terry 03:23, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Hey, Adam. Just wanted to let you know that HTML now has an installer:
http://wave-ide.appspot.com/html-ext.xml
Thanks for that, I've updated with the HTML installer! - Adam

Agreed.
I think it should be, it has been very useful due to the functionality available from HTML-embeddable objects (embedding Grooveshark songs, videos that aren't from YouTube). However, I haven't been able to find its Installer XML so I don't think you can (at least, not until the Installer XML surfaces).--AtomFury 01:20, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

There are several shopping robots and gadgets published by http://withwaves.com
None of the current robots and gadgets mentioned in the book show collaborative shopping in google wave. This robot and gadgets allow shopping amazon and ebay displaying shared results in real time.
